The hospital’s International Patients Department (IPD) is comprised of specialized experts and experienced physicians fluent in international languages, providing 24-hour health services to international patients.

• The presence of a resident translator fluent in Arabic, English, and French at this center has been able to facilitate the process for patients from the moment they enter the country until they are discharged from the hospital, so that there are no communication gaps in this regard.
• The senior IPD expert is responsible for coordinating the presence of international patients in the hospital. In this regard, in order to shorten the service delivery path, the presence of a welcoming nurse in the lobby and the presence of a VIP/CIP expert in the hospital have been able to create effective levers for this department.
• Creating a culturally-based residential environment in the hospital is considered one of Rasa Hospital’s competitive advantages. The most important measures taken include equipping the inpatient wards with international visual and written media approved by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, installing a welcome stand in the patient’s language, having the national flag of his/her country, providing a food menu based on the patient’s nationality in Arabic/English, and the ability to serve international foods and convert international currencies into rials in the hospital.
• In order to reduce the accommodation and travel concerns of patients and their companions, creating a platform for cooperation with various hotels with various degrees of formalities, the possibility of receiving or extending visas, booking travel lines in all air, land, and sea formats, and benefiting from tourist tours within Isfahan has been able to remove a great burden of worry from their shoulders.
• Depending on the patient’s condition and if desired, special medical staff can accompany her from the airport to the hospital and vice versa.

In this regard, conducting daily surveys of international patients using various techniques (international questionnaires, face-to-face interviews, or emails to the hospital) and implementing corrective measures in less than 12 hours has been effective in explaining and enlightening patients’ rights.
